From the base to the top of the existing flag poles measures 8m.

PAD Studio, BCPs architects, are proposing a building height of 9.02m.

 

The current concrete base is 1.83m AOD and the ridge 9.02m AOD so the height from the base is 7.19m, which is pretty near the 8m of the flag poles.

The height of the base of the 9.02m elevation  is yet to be decided or deliberately not shared.  XXXXXXXX have advised a base height of Xm to be compliant with regulations of building on a flood plain.

PADs Studios proposal portrays a tranquil scene of a near empty venue, they have increased the flag poles height in proportion to the proposed building to make it look normal.

 

 

Using the guides in a image editor it shows the flag poles in BCP and PADs documents are 10.21m.
